藤黄总酸对实验性肿瘤及肿瘤细胞体外生长的抑制作用

摘    要:目的 :研究藤黄总酸的体内外抗肿瘤活性。方法 :以抑瘤率和生命延长率观察药物的体内抗肿瘤活性 ,以药物对肿瘤细胞株的抑制率为指标 ,探讨其体外抗瘤作用。结果 :藤黄总酸 (8,4 ,2mg/kg)iv对Heps、EC及S1 80 的肿瘤生长具有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 1 ) ;ip(1 5 ,0 75 ,0 375mg/kg )能显著延长Heps、EAC、S1 80 腹水型小鼠移植瘤的存活天数 ;藤黄总酸对人肝癌细胞BEL 74 0 2及人肺腺癌细胞SPC A1有较强的抑制作用。结论 :藤黄总酸对肿瘤细胞的体内外生长有明显抑制作用。

Abstract:AIM:To study the inhibiting growth effect of Gambogic General Acids (GGAs) on experimental transplantation tumor and human tumor cell . METHOD:Anti tumor activity of GGAs is evaluated by tumor inhibitory ratio and life elongational ratio in experimental tumors, and by inhibiting ratio in human tumor cells cultured in vitro . RESULT:It was showed that GGAs could markedly inhibit the growth of experimental tumors Heps, S 180 and EC by iv route (8,4,2 mg/kg); It was also observed that the survival days of mice with experimental tumors Heps, EAC and S 180 could be significantly prolonged by GGAs(ip,1 5, 0 75,0 375 mg/kg) ; Results from the study in vitro indicated that GGAs displayed dramatic inhibitory effect on the growth of human hepatocarcinoma cell BEL 7402 and human pulmonary carcinoma cell SPC A1 CONCLUSION:GGAs have significant inhibitory effects on experimental tumors in mice and the growth of human tumor cells cultured in vitro .
