爆炸性减压对兔肺的损伤作用

摘    要:研究爆炸减压对兔肺的损伤作用,方法将42例家兔和10只大鼠分组进行慢升压慢减压实验和爆炸减压实验。结果慢升压慢减压对肺不造成明显的损伤;爆炸减压引起不同程度的肺损伤,减压幅度越大,减压时间越短,伤情就越重。

Abstract:Objective To study injury action on rabbit lung by explosive decompression. Methods The slow recompression decompression and the explosive decompression were used to make experiments on 42 rabbits and 10 rats. Results The slow recompression decompression did not bring about obvious lung injury, but the different severity of lung injury occurred under the explosive decompression. The greater the decompression range was, the shorter the decompression duration was, and the more severe lung injuries were caused. Conclusions Explosive decompression could inflict lung injury like those caused by shock wave and rapid decompression (on large animal). The important mechanical factors of lung injury might be tensile strain or stress in alveolar wall, and pulmonary superficial impact on the inside wall of lung.
