葛根素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效观察

目的：观察葛根素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕（VBIV）的临床疗效。方法：将确诊的80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例予以葛根素注射液静脉滴注,对照组38例予以盐酸川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注。两组均治疗14d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组能显著改善VBIV的临床症状,总有效率为90.48%,与对照组总有效率（76.32%）比较,有显著性差异。两组患者治疗后椎基底动脉供血与血液流变学指标均有改善,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：葛根素注射液治疗VBIV疗效确切,且能改善脑血流量,促进脑部血液循环,值得进一步研究推广。

Effect of Puerarin on Vertebral-Basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo

Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Puerarin on vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo （VBIV）. Methods：Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups,puerarin injection group by 42 cases and Tetramethylprazine injection group by 38 cases. One course of treatment lasted for 14 days. Results：The VBIV symptoms in the puerarin injection group relieved greatly by total effective rate 90.48%. It was significant different from 76.32% in Tetramethylprazine injection group. The vertebral-basilar circulation and hemorheology indexes in both group improved with those of puerarin injection group being much better. Conclusion ：Puerarin injection is effective on VBIV and can improve morbid hemodynamics of patient.
