对采用注射器和真空试管采血效果的观察

[目的 ]观察注射器加真空试管采血的弊端。 [方法 ]采用掷币法将 2 0 0例门诊病人随机分组 ,分别采用注射器加真空试管采血和采用与真空试管相匹配的持针器、采血针采血 ,观察采集血标本过程中不良情况的发生。[结果 ]采用注射器采血法造成医源性污染现象、采血量不准确和溶血现象明显高于采用持针器、采血针法 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。 [结论 ]使用真空试管采血时 ,应同时采用规范的真空采血技术。

Observation on using syringe and vacuum test tubes for venous blood sample collection

Objective:to observe the abuse of using syringe and vacuum test tubes for venous blood samples collection. Method: a total of 200 outpatients from clinics were divided into test and control groups randomly by tossup. Patients of control group were collected blood samples with syringe and vacuum test tubes. While patients of test group were collected blood samples by using vacuum test tubes and special needle holder and blood lancet. Complications of all patients induced by blood collection were observed. Result: using syringe and vacuum test tubes to collect blood samples for patients is prone to leading to iatrogenic contamination of the samples. The quantity of collected samples by this way is not accurate enough, and blood samples are easily to become hemolytic compared to that of test group patients. There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion: when using vacuum test tubes to collect blood samples for patients, one should adapt canonical vacuum blood collection technique as well.
