民办医学院校学生心理健康特点及其与人格的关系研究

目的考察民办医学院校学生心理健康状况及其与人格的关系。方法使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行测查；民办学生SCL-90结果高分组与低分组之间进行16种人格测验（16PF）的差异检验。结果民办医学生SCL-90阳性因子按比例由高到低依次为：人际敏感、强迫、焦虑、恐怖、抑郁、敌对、精神病症状、偏执和躯体化。除躯体化与偏执，两类学校SCL-90其它因子均有显著差异。SCL-90高分组与低分组在多项人格因子上差异极其显著。结论民办医学生心理健康水平低于二本医学生，最突出的问题是人际敏感与焦虑情绪；SCL-90高分组比低分组具有更高的怀疑性、忧虑性、独立性、紧张性、焦虑性。
