脊髓外伤的MRI与临床相关性分析

目的:分析脊柱外伤的MRI与临床表现的相关性.方法:回顾性分析50例脊髓外的临床与MRI表现,重点讨论脊髓损伤的临床表现、MRI信号改变和预后的关系与MRI表现,重点讨论脊髓损伤的临床表现、RMI信号改变和预后的关系.结果:3例脊髓完全截断者,5个断端的T1WI呈低等信号,1个断端为高信号;6个断端T2WI均为高信号.47例脊髓连贯者,44例显示脊髓异常,其中T1WTI呈低信号36例,等信号6例,高信号2例;T2WI呈均匀性高信号37例,呈高低不均斑点、斑片状混杂性信号10例.3例仅局部脊髓受压,信号无异常改变.结论:MRI能显示脊髓有无损伤以及损伤的程度,对选择治疗方法与评估预后有重要的价值.

Traumatic spinal cord injury:A relation between MRI findings and clinical manifestations

Objective:To assess the relation between the MRI findings and clinical manifestations in spinal cord injury.Methods:Clinical data and MRI findings in 50 cases with spinal cord injury were retrospectively analyzed,focusing on the relation between MRI sign,prognosis and clinical manifestations.Results:3 cases with complete fragmentation of the spinal cord demonstrated lower signals in 5 and higher signals in 1 T 1WI,while in T 2WI,all of the six fractured ends showed higher signals.Of 47 cases with coherent spinal cord,abnormal signals were displayed in 44 cases.In T 1WI,there were lower signals in 36 cases,iso-signals in 6 cases and higher signals in 2 cases, while in T 2WI,there were higher signals in 37 cases,patching mixed signals in 10 cases;No- abnormal signal but local pressed in 3 cases.Conclusion:MRI can clarify the presence or absence of the spinal cord injury and determine the extent of the injury,very helpful for guiding clinical management and evaluating the prognosis.
