牙列重度磨耗应用固定修复咬合重建的临床观察

目的观察以固定义齿修复进行咬合重建在治疗牙列重度磨耗中的临床效果。方法选择35例牙列重度磨耗或伴有牙列缺损的患者，制作烤瓷或铸造固定义齿进行全牙列咬合重建修复。1年后比较修复前后美观效果、夜磨牙症状、颞下颌关节症状和咀嚼效率的变化。结果所有患者均获得了满意的美观效果，夜磨牙和关节症状有明显减轻或消失，同时显著提高了咀嚼效率。结论固定义齿修复是一种良好的、有效的咬合重建的方法。在保留息止颌间隙的前提下，临床义齿戴用3周后如无不适症状，可考虑行永久咬合重建。

Clinical observation of occlusal reconstruction with fixed denture for the patients with tooth wear

Objective To observe the clinical results of occlusal reconstruction with fixed denture for tooth wear of patients. Methods Thirty-one patients with tooth wear or accompanying dentition defect were restored with porcelain crowns and bridges or casting crowns and bridges for complete occlusal reconstruction. One year later, the changes of occlusal appearance, sleep bruxism, clinical symptoms of the temporomandibular joints and masticatory efficiency were analysed. Results Satisfying occlusal appearance and the improving chewing efficiency were obtained generally. And the positive symptoms of sleep bruxism or temporomandibular joint was reduced or disappeared significantly. Conclusion Fixed prosthesis is a kind of effective method of occlusal reconstruction. If freeway space can be maintained three weeks with a temporary denture and without any clinical discomfort symptom, the permanent denture is feasible.
