| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是消化道最常见的恶性肿瘤，据统计，全世界结直肠癌的发病率在恶性肿瘤中排第三位，病死率位列第二。据WHO报道，每年约有1000000例新患病例和50000人死于结直肠癌，借助有效的生物标志物对结直肠癌进行早期诊断、合理治疗及良好预后有着重要意义，该文就近年来研究发现的结直肠癌生物标志物及其研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer （ CRC ） is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancy. Ac- cording to statistics, Worldwide incidence of colorectal cancer ranks third in malignant tumors while its mor- tality is the second, sAccording to WHO reports, there are 1 000 000 new cases and 50 000 cases died from CRC each year. It is very important to diagnose CRC in early stage, treat in a rational therapy and good prognosis with effective biomarker. In this paper, we review the biomarkers of colorectal cancer that recent study found and research progress. |
