直接数字化X线摄影与传统头影侧位片的对比分析

目的：探讨直接数字化X线摄影与传统头影侧位片标志点清晰度的差异。方法：比较50幅头影侧位DR影像处理前后与50例传统头影侧位胶片标志点的清晰率。结果：50幅头影侧位原始DR影像的19个软硬组织标志点清晰率（77．7％），比50例传统头影侧位胶片（85．9％）低，P〈0．01，具有统计学意义；而DR影像经影像后处理，19个软硬组织标志点清晰率（90．5％）比50例传统头影侧位胶片（85．9％）高，P〈0．01，具有统计学意义。本研究以普通骨为自动曝光标准，软组织显示差，若只比较16个硬组织标志点，则50幅头影侧位定位DR影像处理前后16个硬组织标志点的清晰率分别为89．3％、98．1％，均比50例传统头影侧位胶片16个硬组织标志点的清晰率（83．5％）高，P〈0．01，具有显著性差异。结论：头影侧位定位原始DR影像清晰率不如传统头影侧位胶片，但经影像后处理，清晰率比传统头影侧位胶片高（P〈0．01），而DR影像处理前后硬组织清晰率均明显高于传统头影侧位定位胶片（P〈0．01）。

Comparison of the quality of the caphalometric roentgenography between digital radiography and conventional radiography

Objective:To evaluate the quality and usefulness of direct digital radiography system in caphalometric roentgenography. Methods:We identified 19 landmarks on the cephalometric direct X-radiology of 50 patients and cephalometric conventional radiography of 50 patients.Results: The definition of 19 landmarks of the no disposal cephalometric direct X-radiology is much lower than that of the cephalometric conventional radiography.But the definition of 19 landmarks of after-finishing screenage is much higher than that cephalometric conventional radiography .However,the definitions of 16 boned landmarks of the no disposal cephalometric direct X-radiology or after-finishing screenage are much higher than that of cephalometric conventional radiography.Conclusions: The quality of the no disposal cephalometric direct X-radiology is bad than that of the cephalometric conventional radiography.But the quality of the after-finishing screenage is better than that of the cephalometric conventional radiography.
