| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）及间接血凝试验（ＩＨＡ）对可疑淋病１３７６例及健康大学生５００份血清标本进行了弓形虫特异性抗体检测，总检出率为１．４４％（２７／１８７６），其中淋病组弓形虫抗体平均检出率（３．３３％，１９／５７１）高于非淋病组（０．４９％，４／８０５）和健康组（０．２３％，１／４２６）。差异有显著性意义（Ｘ￣２＝１６．２８，Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｘ￣２＝１１．８７，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示淋病患者存在合并弓形虫感染的可能性。

| Abstract: | In this paper the author investigated patient's sera in the clinical suspicious gonococcal infections and healthy students.The total detectable rate of toxoplasma gondii antibody was 1.44%(27/1876).The average detectable rate of toxoplasma gondii was higher in the group of gonorrhoea(3.33%,19/571) than that of nongonococcal disease(0.49%.4/805) and in the control group(0. 23%,1/426).There were a great significant difference in statistics(X2=16.28,P<0.01;X2=11.87,P<0.01).The results indicated that gonorrhoea was related with infection of toxoplasma gondii. |
