摘    要:用聚合酶链反应检测23例多形红斑石蜡组织切块中HSV-DNA,16例为阳性(69.56%),其中HSV-Ⅰ型13例(81.25%),HSV-Ⅱ型3例(18.75%)。对照组为银屑病3例,大疱性类天疱疮5例,扁平苔藓3例均为阴性。对于探讨HSV在多形红斑发病机理中的作用有重要意义。

Abstract:In this paper formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded skin biopsies of lesions from 23 patients with erythema multiforme(EM)and 11 controls were detected for the presence of herpes simplex virus(HSV) dy polymerase chain reaction(PCR)staining with haematoxylin and eosin. HSV-specific DNAwas deteced in 16(69.56% )patients.HSV-Ⅰin 13(81.25 %)patients;the other three were HSV-Ⅱ.The controls were all negative(include psoriasis,bullous pemphigoid,lichen planus).There was no significant difference in pathology between HSV-relatedand HSV-negative cases of EM.Our results support the association of HSVin the pathogenesis of some cases of EM.Finally,PCRtechnique provides a quick and effective method of detecting HSV in lesions of herpes-associated EM.
