| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电子显微镜观察了各种类型的慢性胆囊炎标本32例。结果表明:轻度慢性胆囊炎主要表现为粘膜上皮表面出现萎陷区及鱼口状改变,细胞间隙变宽,细胞彼此分离;中度慢性胆囊炎细胞表面呈虫蚀状变化;重度慢性胆囊炎粘膜皱壁上皮呈斑块状脱落,暴露粘膜固有层及固有层下纤维结缔组织。各型慢性胆囊炎表面均可见粘液分泌现象及胆固醇结晶沉积,侧面观固有层内有不同程度的淋巴细胞浸润。

| Abstract: | Three kinds of chronic cholecystitis were investigated with SEM, The results showed that in the mild chronic cholecystitis, pathological changes represented mainly as the collapsed areas on the surface of the mucosa and the separation of the columnar cells, In the medium one, erosive changes on the surface of the epithelium were revealed and in the severe chronic cholecystitis,patchy desquamation of the columnar cells occured as a result the proper lamina and the fibro-connective tissue under it were exposed, In all these three types of cholecystitis, mucoid dropslets and cholesterol crystals could be seen on the apical surface of the epithelium. Different numbers of lymphocytes were found in the proper lamina on the lateral surface. |
