阻塞性黄疸病人手术前后可溶性白细胞介素─2受体的临床研究

摘    要:目的了解阻塞性黄疸病人术前术后免疫机能变化情况。方法检测20例非黄疸性疾病病人,17例良性阻塞性黄疸病人,16例恶性阻塞性黄疸病人手术前后血清可溶性白细胞介素─2受体水平。结果术前良、恶性阻塞性黄疸病人血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体水平高于非黄疸性疾病组(P<0.01)。阻塞性黄疸病人减黄手术后血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体表现为升高,于术后第4天开始下降,至第14天良性阻塞性黄疸组降至比术前低,而恶性阻塞性黄疸组于术后有一短暂的下降期后则进一步升高。结论表明减黄手术对良性阻塞性黄疽疾病有改善免疫功能作用,对恶性阻塞性黄疸疾病则无改善免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To oherved the changes of inunedty' pre -- and petophoon in PatientS with obetl'Uchve jaundice. MethodWe measured the levels of serum soluble interleukin -- 2 ~eptor (SIL -- ZR) in 20 ~ents with non -- jaundice diseases and 17 Patients with benign obetrUctive jaundice as well as 16 pehentS with malignant obochve jaundice before and aller opel'ation. Rafts TheresultS showed that the levels of serum Sll. -- ZR in PahentS with benign and malignant obetnjchve jaundice were higher than that in PatientS with non jaundice disc~s before operation (P < 0.01 ). The levels of serum SIL -- ZR in PatientS Tvith benign oest-Uchve jaundiceincreased at the begining, then decrend gi'adually and were lower than that pre -- operahon, while these in Patients with inahgnant ohstl'Uchve jaUndice continued to lucre~ b}: the 14 d aller operation in PathienLq with beopn obsmictine jaundice. ~on it is suggesed that the operahon can improper irnnlwhty' and cannot in pothienLs with inalignat ObstrUctive jaundice.
