三尖杉酯碱治疗真性红细胞增多症15例长期观察

作者报道采用三尖杉酯碱治疗真性红细胞增多症（真红），15例的近期效果是，完全缓解为12例，临床缓解1例，好转2例．在位或随访追踪观察长达5－13年的有11例，该11例均有复发表现，而复发后再使用该药治疗仍能使病情缓解．且未见一例转化为其他血液病．通过长期观察，作者认为三尖杉酯碱治疗真红这一国内首创药物，已为真红治疗增添了一种新的手段．

Long-term Observation on Treating 15 Cases of Polycythemia Vera with Harringtonines

The authors reported that harringtonines were used in the treatment of polycythemia vela. A short-term therapoutc evaluation of 15 as indhatal: 12 cases were eqmpletely remitted, 1 case was dricaily remitted, and 2 cases were bo improved. During 5- 13 years of long-term follow-up, each of 15 an had a relapse, and the reuse of haningtonines after relapse wa sun effective to remit the patient's condition, no case was found to be converted into other blood diseases. Through long-term observation, the authers consider that harring-tonines is the first medicine to treat polycythemia vera in China, it has provided a new method to cure the disease.
