| 摘 要： | 按ISO9001质量管理系统,对我院病案室工作量进行分析,建立一套严格的终末质量抠制体系,以评估科室的工作效率。结果表明,绩效考核能使病案管理各项关键指标的PDCA进入良性循环,它为医院的病案管理提供了科学合理的管理模式。

| Abstract: | According to ISO9001 quality standard, the work load in the department of medical records was analyzed and a strict terminal quality control system was established in order to evaluate the work efficiency in the department. The results show that quality control system can make "PD-CA" of key performance indices in medical records management enter a good circulation and raise the level of management, which provides a reasonable and scientific management mode in the department of medical records in the hospital. |
