| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)应用复方丹参加脑活素的治疗的疗效观察，寻找理想的新生儿HIE的治疗措施,以减少HIE患儿的脑损伤。方法 将98例新生儿HIE分成两组：胞二磷胆碱治疗组（对照组）、复方丹参加脑活素治疗组（治疗组），对两组临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 复方丹参加脑活素是治疗新生儿HIE较为满意的治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of salvia miltiorrhira Co. and cerebrolysin applied in neonate hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) so as to find an ideal curative measure and decrease the brain injury of hypoxic ischemic encephalothy. Methods 98 cases of neonate hypoxic ischemic encphalopathy were divided into two gronps, citicoline treated group (the control group) and salvia miltiorrhiza Co. and cerebrolysin treated group (the control group). Then their clinic curative effect was analysed retrospectively. Methods\ the curative effect of the treated group was significanthy superior to the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusions\ The application of salvia miltiorrhiza Co. and cerebrolysin is the more satisfavtory curative mea sure. |
