弥可保联合法舒地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的观察弥可保联合法舒地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组患者在治疗时间、降糖药物及饮食与治疗前保持不变,治疗组给予弥可保联合法舒地尔治疗,对照组给予弥可保治疗,两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组糖尿病周围神经病变症状、体征、神经传导速度明显高于对照组。结论弥可保联合法舒地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Effect of mecobalamin and fasudil for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy
