住院精神病患者病情波动的原因分析及治疗对策

目的探讨住院精神病患者病情波动的原因及治疗对策.方法对50例精神病人住院期间病情波动进行调查分析,并比较波动前后精神症状、用药情况、症状控制时间及疗效变化.结果住院精神病人病情波动的发生率为6.13%,发生原因有生理、心理、社会因素,波动前后精神症状及症状控制时间差异有显著性,治疗对策为原药加量、减量,或联用新药,或联用ECT.结论对精神症状稳定的住院病人不能忽视,要长期监测,并予早期心理社会干预.

The reasons and treatment methods on waves of symptoms in psychiatric inpatients.

Objective:To explore the reasons and treatment methods about wave of symptoms with psychiatric inpatients.Methods:50 psychiatric inpatients were analyzed.Symptoms,dosage,controlling time and therapeutic outcomes were evaluated before and after change in symptom severity.Results:The rate of waves of symptom in psychiatric inpatients was 6.13%,and the produced reasons included biopsychosocial factor.symptoms and controlling time were significantly different before and after change in symptom severity.the treatment methods included plus or minus dosage,or associating new drug or ECT.Conclusion:Psychiatric inpatients whose symptoms were stable cannot be ignored;it needed observing for a long time and giving first psycho intervention.
