神经生长因子在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:研究神经生长因子(NGF)在涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)的病理类型及嗜神经性中的作用和相关性,及其临床意义。方法:采用S-P法检测40例涎腺腺样囊性癌组织及33例正常腮腺组织中NGF的表达,并对其临床病理特征的关系进行统计学分析。结果:在ACC组织中,NGF阳性表达率为92.5%,在正常腮腺组织中,腺泡细胞不着色,导管细胞(闰管、纹管、排泄管)有中等强度表达,两者的阳性表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。NGF在不同病理类型ACC中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未见嗜神经现象21例,存在嗜神经现象19例,两组间NGF阳性表达存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。在生存期分析中,NGF与患者的预后密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:NGF的表达强度与ACC病理类型有高度相关性,ACC与嗜神经性密切相关,NGF高表达提示预后不良。

Study on the expression of Nerve growth factor in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and the clinical significance

Objective: To investigate the role and correlation of nerve growth factor(NGF) in the pathological types and penneural invasion of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) and discuss its clinical significance. Method: The expressions of NGF were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 40 cases of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma tissues and 33 cases of normal parotid glands tissues. The relationship between its expression and the clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed statistically. Results: In 40 cases of human ACC ,the positive rate of NGF was 92.5%.The difference between 40 cases of human ACC and 33 cases of human normal parotid glands had notable statistical significance(P<0.01).The positive expression of NGF had notable statistical significance with clinical pathological types of ACC(P<0.05).NGF expressions in 19 cases with penneural invasion was significantly higher than that in 21 cases without penneural invasion(P<0.05). In the survival rate analysis ,NGF had an intimate relationship with the prognosis of 40 ACC patients(P<0.05). Conclusions: In human ACC, the expression of NGF was closely correlated with clinical pathological types of ACC. The positive expression of NGF had notable statistical correlation with penneural invasion of ACC. NGF plays cooperatively important roles in the character of penneural invasion of ACC. High positive expressions of NGF may act as asignificant indicator for the poor prognosis of ACC patients.
