中药瓜蒌香饮联合西药治疗冠心病对照观察

[目的]观察中药瓜蒌香饮联合西药治疗冠心病疗效。[方法]将2008年至2011年我院收治的100例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组患者采用西医治疗,主要以抗血小板凝聚、降扩冠脉、抗心绞痛等为治疗原则。治疗组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础之上增加口服中药瓜蒌香饮,治疗30d为1疗程,疗程结束后将两组患者的治疗结果进行评估比较。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%;对照组显效13例,有效24例,无效13例,总有效率74.00%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]中药瓜蒌香饮联合西药治疗冠心病疗效优于单一的西医治疗。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Some Sweet Drink Contrast Observation

[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of some sweet drink effect of coronary heart disease.[Methods] From 2008 to 2011 in our hospital,100 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with western medicine treatment,mainly to antiplatelet aggregation,expanding coronary artery,descending antianginal as therapeutic principle.Patients in the treatment group compared to the control group treatment method based on the increase in oral medicine Trichosanthes sweet drink,treated with 30d for 1 courses of treatment,after two groups of patients with the treatment results were assessed by comparison.[Results] The treatment group 29 cases,effective in 16 cases,5 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 90%,control group 13 cases,effective in 24 cases,13 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 74%.The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion] Herb Gualou sweet drink combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease curative effect is better than single western medicine treatment.
