| 摘 要： | 目的:进一步认识胃出血的诊断与治疗,提高急诊诊断水平.方法:回顾23例胃出血病人治疗情况,4例保守治疗,18例手术治疗.结果:出血量小的保守治疗症状缓解,手术治疗证实为胃部疾患导致胃出血.结论:电子胃镜诊断胃出血价值较高,手术治疗胃出血是比较可靠的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To know the gastric hemorrhage's diagnosis and treatment and improve the level of the emergency diagnosis.Methods 23 cases of gastric hemorrhage are reviewed,4 cases among them were treated conservatively and the other 18 cases were operated.Results The symptoms of the cases relieving few blood amounts were alleviated after adopting conservative treatment.The stomach diseases leading to gastric hemorrhage were proved from operation.Conclusion Electron gastroscope has a value in diagnosing gastric hemorrhage and is comparatively reliable. |
