大学新生入学时心身健康水平调查

目的：对大学新生入学时的心身健康水平及其相关因素进行研究。方法：以群体分层抽样法，采用中国身心健康量表、艾森克个性问卷（ＥＰＱ）、防御方式问卷（ＤＳＱ）、生活事件量表（ＬＥＳ），入学时对５４１例学生进行一次性测试。结论：男生内外向（Ｅ）量表分高于女生，而女生神经质（Ｎ）量表分高于男生；两性的身心健康总分和各系统因子分比较无显著性差异；在各专业中，不成熟因子（Ｆ１）、中间型因子（Ｆ３）分以数学系学生最高，而经济学专业学生仅有较高的Ｆ１分。结论：男生较女生外倾，而女生可能表现更多的情绪不稳；数学和经济两系的学生倾向于以不成熟和中间型的防御机制，并有较多的眼和耳部不适；心理健康水平与Ｎ量表分、Ｆ１均分、学生月消费、工作学习中的问题和Ｆ３分成反比，而与ＥＰＱ的掩饰（Ｌ）量表Ｔ分和Ｅ分量表分成下比。

Psychosomatic health level of university students during registration and it's relaed factors

Objective:To study psychosomatic health level in university students during registration and it's related factors. Method:541 fresh university students selected randomly were tested by China Psychosomatic Health Scale,the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ),the Defensive Style Questionnaire (DSQ) and the Life Events Scale (LES) during their registration. Results:EPQ E of male students was higher than that of the female,while EPQ N of female students was higher than that of the male.There were no significant differences in the psychosomatic health level and every system factor between the female and male.The students of mathematics departrment had the highest average scores of immature (F1) and intermediate (F3) factors,and the students of economics department had higher F1. Conclusion:The male students are more extroversive than the female,and the latter maybe have much more neuroticism symptoms. The results show that the students of mathematics and economic departments are apt to take immature or intermediate defensive mechanism to deal with life events,and have more complaints about eyes and ears.Regressive analysis suggests that the psychosomatic health levels of students is inversely correlated with EPQ N,average score of F1,monthly consumption,trouble in work and study,but correlated positively with EPQ L and EPQ E.
