| Abstract: | The microvascular construction of the forearm dorsal flap are consist of 5networks.The nipple layer network are composed of many capillary leeps. Thelopps may be divided into 2 types: hairpin type and spiral type. The undernipple layer network are formed by many miorcarterics and micioveincs. Underthis network there are many spherical networks and cup-like networks. In su-perfacial fascia network one may see many fat leaflet network. The profoundfascia layer network are composed of many intersect arteries and veins. Therelationship between 5 networks and the clinical significances are also discussed. |
