瑞波西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的比较瑞波西汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将52例抑郁症患者随机分为两组各26例，研究组给予瑞波西汀治疗，对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗，观察6w。采用汉密顿抑郁量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果汉密顿抑郁量表评分治疗1w末研究组总分及睡眠障碍因子分下降显著（P〈0．05）；治疗2w末研究组达痊愈标准5例，对照组1例，两组差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）。治疗6w末研究组有效率为76．92％，对照组为73．08％，两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），两组不良反应均轻微。结论瑞波西汀治疗抑郁症疗效与帕罗西汀相当，且起效迅速、安全性高、依从性好，值得临床进一步推广。

Comparative study of reboxetine and paroxetineinthe in the treatment of depression

Objective To compare the curative effects and safety of reboxetine vs. paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 52 patients were randomly divided into reboxetine (n=26) and paroxetine (n=26) group for 6 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS),respectively. Results In the research group,total score and score of sleep disorder of the HAMD significantly decreased at the end of the 1st week(P<0.05); at the end of the 2nd week,5 patients in the research group and 1 in the control group healed,which showed significant difference(P<0.01); effective rates were 76.92% of the reboxetine group and 73.08% of the paroxetine group(P>0.05); the side effects of both the 2 groups were milder. Conclusion Reboxetine has equivalent efficacy to paroxetine,takes effects faster and has higher safety and better compliance.
