| 摘 要： | 目的：在既往的胃癌蛋白质组研究中我们已发现hnRNP A2/B1具有较高表达,本试验进一步探讨hnRNPA2/B1在胃癌中的表达情况及其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学方法检测122例胃癌患者的胃癌组织及癌旁正常胃粘膜中hnRNP A2/B1蛋白的表达。结果：hnRNP A2/B1在胃癌组织中核表达的阳性率为92.6%（113/122）,其中伴有胞浆表达的阳性率为7.3%（9/122）。在癌旁非瘤组织中核表达阳性率为87.7%（107/122）,未见胞浆表达。hnRNP A2/B1的表达状态与胃癌临床病理特征无关联。结论：在胃癌及癌旁非瘤组织中均可发现hnRNP A2/B1核表达,hnRNP A2/B1不能作为肿瘤相关的分子标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective:High hnRNP A2/B1 expression was found in our previous proteomics profiling of gastric carcinoma.In this study,we investigated the expression of hnRNP A2/B1 in gastric carcinoma and the association of its expression status with clinical and pathological parameters of gastric carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was performed in 122 gastric carcinoma specimens including adjacent non-cancerous epithelium.Results:The nuclear expression rate of hnRNP A2/B1 in gastric carcinoma was 92.6%(113/122),including 7.3%(9/122)cases showing positive nucleo-cytoplasmic expression.One hundred and seven of 122(87.7%)adjacent non-cancerous epithelium showed positive nuclear expression,no cytoplasmic expression was found.The hnRNP A2/B1 expression status showed no correlation with clinical and pathological parameters of gastric carcinoma.Conclusion:Nuclear expression of hnRNP A2/B1 is found in gastric carcinoma and adjacent non-cancerous epithelium.The expression of hnRNP A2/B1 is not suit for a gastric cancer biomarker. |
