| 摘 要： | 目的 ：以视频播放与现场模拟相结合宣教乳腺自查技术,提高郊区农村高龄低文化妇女人群乳腺自查正确率。方法 ：对20~74岁女性进行视频播放与现场模拟相结合的乳腺自查技术培训,培训前后分别进行乳腺保健需求及乳腺自查知识问卷调查,比较教育前后乳腺自查技术掌握情况。结果 ：对象中60岁以上占40.61%;文化程度小学及以下占43.68%;通过宣教自查技术明显提高。结论 ：利用视频、模型现场模拟演示培训,可使大部分高年龄低文化人群掌握乳腺自查技术。
