| 摘 要： | 质子泵抑制剂的应用极大地提高了胃酸相关疾病的治疗水平，在上消化道疾病治疗领域中具有里程碑性的意义。30余年来的临床应用实践为评价质子泵抑制剂用于治疗不同适应证的疗效和安全性积累了充足的资料。本文就质子泵抑制剂的临床适应证及长期使用的安全性问题作一综述。

| Abstract: | Proton pump inhibitors （PPI） has drastically improved the management of gastric acid-related diseases since they are used in clinic, which is a milestone in the areas of diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal disease. The 30 years＇ clinical practice of PPI application has been accumulating sufficient evidences to assess the efficacy and safety of different PPI. This review focus on the current views on related issues of PPI applications. |
