安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的:探讨安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月-2011年12月某院收治的急性脑梗死患者共160例,随机分为实验组和对照组(n=80),其中实验组采用安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮注射液治疗,而对照组仅用纳洛酮注射液治疗。结果:治疗后实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后实验组患者的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组患者(57.5%vs 40.0%,88.8%vs 62.5%,P<0.05);治疗后实验组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:安宫牛黄丸联合纳洛酮注射液治疗急性脑梗死能显著地提高疗效,且不良反应少,值得在临床上推广应用。

Effect of Angong Niuhuang pills combined with naloxone on acute cerebral infarction

OBJECTIVE To study the clinic effects of Angong Niuhuang pills combined with naloxone on acute cerebral infarction.METHODS 160 Patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 in our hospital were divided into 2 groups.The experiment group was given with Angong Niuhuang pills and naloxone injection while the control group were given only naloxone.RESULTS The score of neural function defect of experiment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellence rate and total effective rate of experiment group were higher than control group(57.50% vs 40.00%,88.75% vs 62.50%,P<0.05).The contents of TC and TG of experiment group were lower than those of the control group while the HDL-C was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in untoward effects between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Angong Niuhuang pills combined with naloxone can obviously increase the clinical effects in acute cerebral infarction and had low untoward effects.It’s worthy for widely using in clinic.
