摘    要:目的 :探讨bFGF表达及FGFR1基因突变与涎腺肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学技术和RT -PCR -SSCP法 ,对 14例多形性腺瘤、9例腺样囊性癌组织和 11例正常涎腺组织中bFGF表达及相应组织内FGFR1胞内段结构基因进行了检测。结果 :bFGF在多形性腺瘤、腺样囊性癌中的表达明显高于正常涎腺组织 ;FGFR1在 14例多形性腺瘤中 4例检出基因突变 ,9例腺样囊性癌组织中 2例检出突变 ,且发现突变基因位于FGFR1胞内段的近膜区及部分激酶I区。结论 :FGFR1细胞内段激酶活性区的突变可能造成bFGF /FGFR1信号传递异常 ,进而参与延腺肿瘤的发生发展
