山东省外来妇女HIV感染现况分析

目的 分析山东省外来妇女人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染现况以及对艾滋病流行形势产生的影响,为艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据.方法 对2003～2006年检测发现的外来妇女HIV感染者进行流行病学调查和随访,采用S.PSS 11.5统计软件进行统计分析.结果 截止至2006年底,全省共检出外来妇女HIV感染者312例,占全省HIV感染者总数的24.4%,占女性HIV感染者总数的56.8%;56例通过性途径感染其配偶,11例经母婴传播传染其子女.结论 外来妇女HIV感染者呈上升趋势,并已有HW二代传播;外来妇女HIV感染者已对山东省的艾滋病流行严生了一定影响.

Analysis on HIV/AIDS cases among Immigrant women in Shandong province

Objective To understand the status and influence of HIV/AIDS cases among immigrant women in Shan-dong province and provide a scientific basis for controlling the transmission of HIV/AIDS. Methods Epidemiology investi-gation and active follow-up were conducted among immigrant women from 2003 to 2006. Statistical analysis of data was per-formed with SPSS 11.5. Results By the end of June 2006,312 HIV/AIDS cases were found among the immigrant women,which accounted for 24. 4% of all cases and 56. 8% of female cases in the province. There were 56 cases who trans-mitted HIV to their spouse through sexual intercourse, 11 cases were mother to child transmission. Conclusion HIV/AIDS is still on the rise among immigrant women and there is the second generation of HIV transmission. The HIV/AIDS cases among immigrant women affect the HIV/AIDS epidemic situation in Shandong province.
