胸腔闭式引流注入顺铂治疗癌性胸水(附40例疗效观察)

1997- 10～ 2 0 0 2 - 0 6间 ,我院应用胸腔套管插管法闭式引流、胸腔内注入顺铂 ,治疗恶性胸腔积液4 0例。所有病例均经组织学或细胞学检查证实为癌性胸水 ,4 0例均为单侧胸腔积液。Kanrofsly评分 5 0～ 80分 (平均 6 0分 ) ,确诊为癌性胸腔积液到开始治疗的中位时间为 1周。结果 ,完全缓解 13例 (33% ) ,部分缓解2 3例 (5 7% ) ,无变化 4例 (10 % ) ,总有效率 90 %。副作用 :消化道反应在Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 ,骨髓抑制Ⅰ级 ,余无疼痛、发热、休克、气胸等不良反应。

Observation on Curative Effect of Cancerous Hydrothorax with Injection of Cisplatin from Drainage Catheter

cases of cancerous hydrothorax patient were treated with injection of cisplatin from closed drainage catheter from Oct. 1997 to Jun. 2002. All cases were made certain with histological or cytological detection in single lateral. The scores of Kanrofsy were 50～80 (60 in average). The mid time was 1 week after diagnosis to treatment. The total remission was 13 cases, partial remission was 23 cases and no change was 4 cases. The total effective rate was 90%. The side effects were digestive reaction in Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree and bone marrow inhibition in I degree without pain, fever, shock, pneumothorax and so on
