摘    要:目的 :观察新型泪道探通引流装置治疗泪囊炎和泪小管断裂的临床效果。方法 :新型泪道探通引流装置由两端金属探子及中间软性硅胶管组成 ,利用该装置对 2 5例泪囊炎、1 0例泪小管断裂患者进行治疗。结果 :2 5例泪囊炎患者中 2 0例在植管后 1周内症状消失 ,1 0例泪小管断裂者术后流泪症状立即消失。拔管后观察 3个月 ,5例泪囊炎患者复发 ,其余患者泪道引流均通畅。结论 :新型泪道探通引流装置治疗由泪道狭窄、阻塞及断裂所致的溢泪、流脓组织创伤小 ,具有较好的临床效果

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of a new lacrimal drainage device in patients with lacrimal duct diseases.Methods: The new lacrimal passage probing and draining device consists of a metallic probe on both ends and a soft silicon tube in the middle. Thirty five patients (25 cases of dacryocycstitis and 10 cases of lacrimal laceration) were treated by probing lacrimal passage first. The device was inserted from the superior inferior punctum, into the opening of nasolacrimal canal under topic anesthesia, and then the ends of the device were extracted in the nasal cavity with the aid of an endoscope. After cutting off the metallic probes, the tube was retained in the nasolacrimal canal and to be extracted three months after surgery. Results: Symptoms disappeared in the first week after surgery. Three months after extraction of the tube, the nasolacrimal passage in 20 cases of chronic dacryocystits and 10 cases of lacrimal laceration could drain well and recurrence was identified in 5 cases of dacryocyctis. Conclusion: The new lacrimal drainage device is effective in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and stenosis of nasolacrimal canal
