HPLC法同时测定了哥王中罗汉松脂酚和牛蒡子苷元的含量

目的建立同时测定了哥王中罗汉松脂酚和牛蒡子苷元含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:依利特C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(体积比为45∶55),流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:280 nm,柱温:30℃。结果罗汉松脂酚和牛蒡子苷元质量浓度分别在10.0~200.0(r=0.999 8)、5.00~100.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.6%(RSD=2.3%)和100.6%(RSD=2.6%)。结论该方法适用于了哥王药材的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of matairesinol and arctigenin in the Wikstroemia indica(Linn.) C.A. Mey. by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of matairesinol and arctigenin in Wikstroemia indica (Linn.) C.A. Mey.. Methods The chromatographic method was carried out on an Elite C₁₈ column (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-water (V:V=45:55). The UV detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results The linear ranges were 10.0-200.0 mg·L^-1(r=0.999 8) for matairesinol and 5.00-100.0 mg·L^-1 (r=0.999 7) for arctigenin. The average recoveries for matairesinol and arctigenin were 99.6% and 100.6% with RSD 2.3% and 2.6%,respectively. Conclusions The method is accurate, sensitive with good reproducibility and can be used for the determination of the contents of matairesinol and arctigenin in Wikstroemia indica(L.)C.A.Mey..
