| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨良性甲状腺疾病手术方法的改进。方法：总结改进的甲状腺手术切口、 显露（带状肌“帘状开窗“显露甲状腺），整体切除及侧方低位引流技术在1860例良性甲状腺疾病手术中的经验。结果：本组患者无手术死亡，无喉返神经损伤及甲状旁功能低下，术后住院时间3-5d。结论：改进的甲状腺手术方法可缩短手术时间、减少出血，且有美容意义。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the modification of operative methods in treatment of thyroid benign lesions. Methods: This paper reported experience of modified techniques in incision, exposition,excision, and drainage applied in 1 806 cases with thyroid benign lesions. Results: There was not mortality,injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve or hypoparathyroidism. Conclusion: Modified operation methods can reduce operation time and hemorrhage besides it also has cosmetic significance. |
