玳玳果降脂提取物中大孔吸附树脂有机残留量的顶空气相色谱分析研究

摘    要:目的 建立检测玳玳果降脂提取物中大孔吸附树脂6种有机残留物含量的顶空气相色谱法. 方法运用顶空气相色谱法,采用DB-WAX石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)、FID检测器、程序升温、不分流进样建立玳玳果降脂提取物中大孔吸附树脂6种有机残留物苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二乙烯苯、苯乙烯、正己烷含量测定法. 结果 建立的玳玳果降脂提取物中大孔吸附树脂6种有机残留物顶空气相色谱法,峰面积与浓度间均呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9943~0.9988),平均回收率及各组分检出量均符合规定. 结论 建立的玳玳果降脂提取物大孔吸附树脂有机残留量顶空气相色谱测定法,能实现同时测定苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二乙烯苯、苯乙烯、正己烷6种有机残留物含量,该方法准确度高、精密度、重复性好.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of 6 kinds of or-ganic residues of the macroporous adsorption resin in Daidai lipid extract by headspace gas chromatogra-phy. Methods By using the headspace gas chromatographic method with DB-WAX quartz capillary col-umn(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm),FID detector,program temperature,and splitless injection,estab-lish the quantitative determination method for 6 kinds of organic residues(benzene,toluene,xylene,divi-nylbenzene,styrene and n-hexane)of the macroporous adsorption resin in Daidai lipid extract. Results The quantitative determination method established has a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration(r=0.994 3~0.998 8),and the average recovery rate and the detection amount of the 6 kinds of organic residues both meet the national standards. Conclusion The headspace gas chromato-graphic method established enables the quantitative determination of 6 kinds of organic residues,benzene, toluene,xylene,styrene,divinylbenzene and hexane simultaneously.The method is of high accuracy, high precision and good repeatability.
