大学生时间管理倾向与自我效能的相关研究

目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与自我效能的关系。方法运用《青少年时间管理倾向量表》和《一般自我效能量表》,以班为单位集体施测于被试,两份问卷装订后同时随机发放给被试,并及时回收。结果①经独立样本t检验,在时间管理倾向上性别t=-0.043,年级t=1.439与专业t=0.200,P〉0.05,在自我效能上性别（t=2.245,P〈0.05）,年级t=0.758与专业（t=0.031,P〉0.05）,大学生在时间管理倾向上不存在年级、性别和专业的差异,在自我效能上存在性别差异,但不存在专业和年级的差异;②时间管理倾向3个方面均与自我效能显著相关P〈0.01,时间效能感和时间价值感对自我效能构成显著的回归效应,P〈0.05。结论大学生时间管理倾向各维度与其自我效能呈显著的正相关,且对自我效能有一定的预测作用。

Research on Time Management Tendency and Self-potency in University Students

Objective To discusses the relationship between time management tendency and self-potency in the university students.Methods ＂Young People Time Management Tendency Meter＂ and ＂General Self-Potency Meter＂ were used to test the subjects by taking the class as unit.Two questionnaires were randomly handed out the subjects after binding,then were promptly taken back.Results ①After the independent sample T-test,the scores in time management tendency were：sex t=-0.043,grade t=1.439 and speciality（t=0.031,P〉0.05）;in the self-potency：sex（t=2.245,P〈0.05）,grade t=0.758,speciality （t=0.200,P〉0.05）.there was no difference on time management tendency in terms of grade,sex and speciality,there was sex difference on the self-potency,but there was no specialty and grade difference.②three aspects of time management obviously related with the self-potency（P〈0.01）,but only the time potency feeling and the time value feeling has certain forecast function to the self-potency（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Various dimensions of university student＇ time management tendency remarkably possively related with its self-potency,and has certain forecast function to the selfpotency.
