| 摘 要： | 目的：评价快速阻断山丘型血吸虫病流行防治措施的效果。方法：采用喷粉灭螺和环境改造措施,辅以化疗和健康教育的综合防治措施。结果：实施新的综合防治措施后,2005年~2008年连续4年无感染性钉螺,活螺密度、有螺面积亦同步下降。居民血清学查病阳性率由8.71%下降至0.91%。钉螺面积和居民查病阳性率随灭螺覆盖率的上升而下降。结论：山丘地区采用喷粉灭螺新技术开展复杂环境多频次灭螺、对近年有螺环境开展巩固性灭螺,同时结合当地经济推进环境改造等综合治理措施,可以有效控制乃至阻断血吸虫病的流行。
