军医大学生学习激励机制研究

摘    要:目的研究军医大学生学习激励机制。方法通过学习动机简易评定量表和自制量表,调查某军医大学所有在校学员学习情况。结果随着年级的升高,军医大学生学习动机减弱(χ2=22.924,P〈0.001);绝大多数军医大学生对学习成绩的期望值较高(χ2=1369.100,P〈0.001);学员认为学习动力不足的原因依次是对所学专业不感兴趣(48.4%)、学校学风不好(25.1%)、学习成绩好坏与就业前景无关(23.4%)、个人功底差付出与成绩不成正比(23.1%)、教师教学效果差(21.3%)等。结论军医大学必须建立学习激励机制,即培养动机、激发兴趣、增强内动力;改善条件、严格管理、强化外动力等。

Abstract:Objective To study prompting mechanism of military medical university undergraduates.Methods Study circumstances of all the undergraduates in a military medical university were investigated by using Working Motivation Simple Inventory and homemade questionnaires.Results The higher grade the undergraduates were,the more study motives they had(χ2=22.924,P0.001);the study expectations were mostly higher(χ2=1369.100,P0.001);the undergraduates thought that the causes of lacking study motives were respectively no interest in their specialties(48.4%),poor study atmosphere(25.1%),no connections between study achievement and employment prospect(23.4%),no connections between studying hard and achievement due to poor foundations(23.1%),unqualified teaching(21.3%),etc.Conclusion Study prompting mechanism of military medical university undergraduates should be put forward,including boosting up inner impetus(cultivating motivation,inspiring interests,etc) and strengthening outer motivity(improving conditions,managing rigorously,etc).
