摘    要:目的 考察企业员工的工作不安全感及其不同维度对工作投入度与生活满意感的影咆.方法 对787名企业员工测量工作不安全感及工作投入度与生活满意感,并运用层级线性回归方法详细分析工作不安全感的不同维度对后果变量的不同影响效应.结果 在排除人口学变量的影响后,工作执行不安全感对工作投入度的奉献维度及专注维度均有显著的负向预测作...

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of job insecurity on job involvement and life satisfaction.Methods Job Insecurity Scale,Job involvement Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale were administered to 787 employees.Results ①insecurity of job execution was significant negative predictor of dedication and absorption(P〈0.05;P〈0.01);②insecurity of payment and promotion was significant negative predictor of life satisfaction(P〈0.01);③insecurity of excessive competition was significant positive predictor of life satisfaction(P〈0.05);④insecurity of interpersonal relationship was significant negative predictor of dedication and life satisfaction(P〈0.05;P〈0.01).Conclusion Different dimension of job insecurity have different effects on their outcome variables.
