戈壁滩驻训官兵变应性鼻炎患者睡眠质量与应对方式研究

目的研究戈壁滩驻训官兵变应性鼻炎患者睡眠质量情况及应对方式。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ),对戈壁滩驻训官兵被确诊为变应性鼻炎(AR)70例进行测评调查。结果 1驻训官兵AR患者PSQI各因子分值较驻地健康官兵差异显著(P<0.01);2驻训官兵AR患者的应对方式与驻地健康官兵比较差异显著(P<0.01);3消极应对方式与PSQI呈显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论戈壁滩驻训官兵AR患者睡眠质量与消极应对方式呈显著负相关。

Study on Sleep Quality and Coping Style of the Allergy Rhinitis Patient in Officers and Soldiers Stationed for Training in Gobi Desert

Objective To study the sleep quality and coping style of the allergy rhinitis patients in officers and soldiers stationed for training in Gobi Desert.Methods Using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire（TCSQ）,to investigate 70 officers and soldiers with allergic rhinitis（AR） stationed for training in the Gobi Desert.Results ①Compared to the resident healthy officers and soldiers,various factors scores of PSQI in patients with AR in officers and soldiers stationed there for training had significantly different（P0.01）.②Compared to the resident healthy officers and soldiers,coping style of the patients with AR in officers and soldiers stationed there for training had significant differences（P0.01）.③ Negative coping style and PSQI was ignificantly negatively correlated（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Sleep quality of AR patients in officers and soldiers stationed there for training was significantly negatively correlated with negative coping style.
