大学生奥运志愿者志愿工作心理压力研究

目的探究大学生志愿者志愿工作中的心理压力,对志愿管理工作中的不足提出改进意见,为今后大型赛事、会议的志愿者管理工作提供参考。方法采用质的研究方法,用焦点小组访谈的方式收集10位奥运志愿者对志愿工作压力的主观感受,对收集到的数据进行质性分析。结果大学生奥运志愿者描述的心理压力可以概括为＂心理契约的破坏＂、＂沟通挫折感＂、＂工作超负荷＂和＂工作满意度降低＂等4个方面。10位志愿者中,7名提到与心理契约的破坏有关的内容,6名提到了与沟通挫折感有关的内容,6名提到与工作超负荷有关的信息,4名受访者提到与工作满意度降低有关的内容。结论奥运志愿者在志愿工作中存在多种心理压力感受。在将来的志愿工作管理中,组织者应该对志愿工作者的心理压力给予更多的关注。

Study on College Olympic Volunteers' Psychological Stresses

Objective To explore the psychological stress of the college olympic volunteers during their voluntary service and propose suggestions for the improvement of the voluntary service management.Methods The present study was qualitative.The subjective felling of 10 volunteers was collected by the focusing group interview and the qualitative data analysis was used.Results Psychological stress of the college olympic volunteers can be categorized into four types： breakage of psychological contract,frustration of communication,overloading of work,and decrease of work satisfaction.Among 10 volunteers interviewed,7 of them brought experiences of the breakage of psychological contract,6 of them described their experiences of the frustration of communication,6 of them mentioned overloading of work,and 4 interviewers brought their experiences of the decrease of work satisfaction.Conclusion College olympic volunteers experienced a variety of psychological stresses.It suggest that proper psychological assistance will be necessary for volunteers in the future.
