Adaptation of Psychological Therapy in Patients with Hypertension of Heart Disease

Objective To understand the adaptation of psychological treatment on hypertension treatment in patients with heart disease.Methods A total of 300 patients with hypertensive heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups and compared.One group was treated by Adaptation of Psychological Therapy on the basis of antihypertensive treatment,another group was treated by antihypertensive treatment alone.Before and after treatment,SAS and SDS were assessed and physical symptoms of hypertensive heart disease were observed.Results Anxiety and depression emotions of the group treated by Adaptation of Psychological Therapy were significantly lower than the control group（t=14.77,P〈0.01;t=13.96,P〈0.01）,and the physical symptoms reduced compared with the control group： headache（χ2=25.9,P〈0.01）,dizziness（χ2=27.74,P〈0.01）,fatigue（χ2=12.61,P〈0.01）,palpitations（χ2=11.52,P〈0.01）,left ventricular hypertrophy（χ2=47.20,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The adaptation of psychological treatment can relieve anxiety,depression emotions and somatic symptoms of the patients with hypertensive heart disease,and improve the quality of life.
