成都市劳教人员心理健康与应对方式相关研究

目的对成都市某少教所劳教人员的心理健康状况和应对方式关系进行研究。方法对300名劳教人员进行一般情况问卷、简易应对方式量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)的调查。用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果劳教人员心理健康状况为阳性的占47.58%;劳教人员心理健康与常模比较各个维度得分均有显著差异(P<0.01),劳教人员的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性和总均分均明显高于常模;积极应对方式与其他因子呈正相关(r>0.3),消极应对方式与强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子均呈正相关(r>0.3);劳教人员的年龄与抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子和SCL-90总均分呈正相关(r>0.3)。结论劳教人员的心理健康状况存在一定的问题。不同的应对方式会影响到劳教人员的心理健康状况。劳教人员的年龄和文化程度是影响劳教人员心理健康状况的重要因素。

Relationship between Mental Health and Coping Styles of Persons Undergoing Reeducation through Labor in Chengdu

Objective To study the relationship between mental health and coping style of the persons undergoing reeducation through labor in Chengdu.Methods A total of 300 prisoners were investigated with General Information Questionnaire,Simple Coping Scale and Symptom Check List 90（SCL-90）.Statistical analysis was processed by using the soft of SPSS17.0.Results The mental health positive rate of prisoners was 47.58%;compared with the norms in all scores,the scores of prisoners mental health were significantly different（P0.01）,compare with the norms,the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,sensitive interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostile,terror,paranoid,psychoticism and total score were significantly higher.Active coping style was positively correlated with somatization and other factors（r0.3）.Negative coping style was positively correlated with obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid（r0.3）.The age of prisoners were positively correlated with depression,anxiety,fear and the score of SCL-90（r0.3）.Education was negative correlated with paranoid（r0.3）.Conclusion There is something wrong with the mental health of prisoners.The mental health of prisoners was affected by different coping styles.It is proved that the age and education of prinoners are important factors which affect the mental health of prinoners.
