| 摘 要： | 高密度脂蛋白具有重要的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。高密度脂蛋白通过促进胆固醇转运、改善血管内皮功能等多种作用机制发挥抗动脉粥样硬化作用。升高高密度脂蛋白可减少心血管事件的发生率。近年来许多新的升高高密度脂蛋白或载脂蛋白A-I的药物正在不断涌现。
