| 摘 要： | 目的:观察疏肝降逆汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效及对胆汁反流程度与胃黏膜炎症改善情况的影响。方法:选择60例符合诊断标准的患者,随机对照分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予"疏肝降逆汤",对照组给予"吗叮啉,达喜"。结果:治疗组与对照组临床总体疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为93.33%。对照组总有效率为83.33%,两组总体疗效比较有显著性差异(P(0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:疏肝和胃降逆法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效确切,能明显改善患者临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observing the practical effects of Shugan Jiangni Decoction on Bile Reflux Gastritis and improving situation of endogastritis.Method:Choose 60 patients with Bile Reflux Gastritis(ganweibuhexing).All the cases are divided into 2 groups at rondom-treatment group and comparison group,30 for which respectively.The former group is given Shugan Jiangni Decoction and the later one is given Domperidone and Daxijujuepian.Result:Comparison of general effects between the treatment group and comparison group.... |
