| 摘 要： | 医药企业文化管理是医药企业管理的一个重要组成部分。现代医药企业的发展越来越重视文化战略的影响。优秀的医药企业文化是现代医药企业生存和发展的重要精神支柱和力量源泉。医药企业精神文化贯穿于医药企业员工的价值观、职业道德、企业精神、企业风尚等多种文化因素中，是医药企业文化管理的灵魂。医药企业的价值观是企业文化的核心组成部分，它决定了企业的经营理念与风格，左右着企业的发展方向，它对企业外在形象的塑造影响深远。加强企业道德风尚建设是医药企业文化建设的一项重要内容。增强医药企业的核心竞争力，必须形成创新的医药企业文化。
