医德医风建设是医院可持续发展，提高服务质量，构建和谐医患关系，落实新医改任务的重要思想基础。结合当前医德医风建设中存在的“趋利”经营，服务宗旨淡化；价值取向偏颇，理想信念淡薄；医德修养缺失，服务意识淡漠；过度医疗，损害患者切身利益等问题，从强化思想教育、规范医疗行为、完善医德医风质量控制体系等方面，提出加强医德医风建设的具体措施。
