社区综合干预对高血压患者健康行为及脑卒中发病的影响

目的探讨社区综合干预对高血压患者的健康行为、血压控制水平及脑卒中事件发生的影响。方法社区高血压患者120例随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组进行健康教育、健康促进社区综合干预,对照组则进行一般健康教育,三年后对两组患者的高血压健康知识的知晓率及健康行为形成率、血压控制情况及脑卒中事件的发生率进行比较。结果干预组患者的生活方式有明显改善,血压控制率及健康行为的形成情况明显提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,脑卒中的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论进行综合干预,可提高社区高血压患者高血压相关知识水平和疾病防范意识,降低高血压患者脑卒中的发生率,为脑卒中社区防治的有效手段。

Effect of community-based comprehensive intervention of hypertension on cerebral stroke events

Objective To study the effects of community-based comprehensive intervention on the healthy behavior,blood pressure level and cerebral stroke events of hypertensive patients.Methods 120 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was treated with community-based comprehensive intervention,and the control group with general healthy education.The incidence of healthy behavior,blood pressure level and the incidence of cerebral stroke events were compared after three years of intervention.Results After intervention,the life style was improved significantly in the intervention group and the blood pressure decreased significantly than that in the control group（P0.05）.Furthermore,the occurrence of cerebral stroke events of intervention group were fewer than the control group after comprehensive intervention（P0.05）.Conclusions The community-based comprehensive intervention can decrease the average level of hypertension.It′s an effective way to prevent cerebral stroke.
