| 摘 要： | 防御性医疗的行为目的在于避免医疗风险与医疗诉讼。区别于保护性医疗行为等其他相关概念，防御性医疗行为有其自身的成因与特点。通过对防御性医疗行为的概念及分类的分析，进而延伸到其产生原因，并对其原因从医者、患者、医院行政管理部门三个方面进行深入的探讨。
