| 摘 要： | 残疾人体育作为人类文化形态的一个特殊组成部分，它的发展是人类文明形态进步的标志。现代残疾人体育应走出以竞技为主的误区，体现“以人为本”的人文关怀理念，通过体育锻炼的有效手段，使残疾人不断摆脱各种外在羁绊而走向自由，回归生活、融入生活，适应现实生活。

| Abstract: | As a unique integration of human culture,disability sports is a symbol for the progress of human civilization.Modern disability sports should correct the error which gives priority to competitive sports,manifests its humanistic care concept of people orientation,free the disabled people by the effective sports exercise,regress and adapt to the realistic life. |
